On April 24, I will be live in Lagos speaking at the 6th Annual Special Human Resource Forum. The theme of this event is “Opportunities & Challenges for Businesses in the Changing World of Work,” and I have been asked to speak on the changes due to globalization and the new needs and expectations of employees of all generations. I’ll also be discussing how to create workplace cultures that attract and retain the best employees, and the role of leadership in unleashing innovation from our workforce.
